Another of Shimano's entry level spin reels, the IX is perfect for young anglers just starting out in fishing. It features an easy-to-use rear drag and a Quick Fire II casting system. To cast, all the angler has to do is reverse spin the handle, pull the QuickFire lever and fire out that lure or bait.
